Sorry, Inspirada. Or not. Sorry, Not Sorry Creamery, the Vegas-born ice cream purveyor named after a fauxpology, just opened an outpost in Henderson’s Inspirada community.

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — We All Scream, a nightclub and non-profit ice creamery in Downtown Las Vegas, is partnering up with the Sorry Not Sorry Creamery to serve the brand's signature creations. "We couldn't imagine a better partner for We All Scream than Sorry Not Sorry Creamery," Corner Bar Management Founder Ryan Doherty said.

Founded by Drew Belcher, Kevin Whelan, and Timothy Dang, Sorry Not Sorry Creamery offers a selection of high-end ice cream flavors to the Summerlin area. With its ambitions to expand all over the Las Vegas Valley, Sorry Not Sorry is preparing to launch three new locations this fall

Sorry, Not Sorry is a weird name for an ice cream parlor. It’s the preemptive defense for a NGL statement (and, relatedly, the name of a fierce Demi Lovato track). Little about it says, This is the best ice cream in Las Vegas, which, IMHO, it absolutely is.

Sorry, Not Sorry opened its doors in Vegas earlier this year. Not only is the ice cream made here tasty, but it’s also great quality. This creamery uses Scott Brothers Dairy, a 100-year-old family-owned dairy farm, where the cows roam free, are grass-fed, and free of hormones and antibiotics. They also make a lot of their own ingredients that go into the ice cream in-house.

What accounts for Sorry, Not Sorry Creamery’s viral success? Social media savvy topped with deliciously decadent ice cream. Sometimes, all it takes is a wall. A fun, flashy wall that lures Instagrammers and TikTokkers, creates irresistible buzz, and hopefully attracts lines that stretch around the block.

Unlike most chain restaurants that follow the same basic recipes, “Sorry, Not Sorry Creamery” has set off on a mission to deliver a one-of-a-kind ice cream experience.

According to real estate data acquired by What Now Las Vegas, a new ice cream shop has rolled into the West Summerlin neighborhood. Co-owners and brothers Kevin Whelan and Drew Belcher will launch Sorry Not Sorry Creamery this summer, according to its official Instagram.
